Kromatika is a color-gradient puzzle game for iPhone, built by Ian Handy. This page is where to go for help, to report a problem, or to report content another player uploaded.
Email help@ianhandy.com. It's a one-person project, so replies come from me directly. Please include your iOS version and the app version (Settings inside the game shows it) if you're reporting a bug.
Puzzles other players create can appear in the community list inside the Gallery, along with the name that player typed. If something there doesn't belong, you have three controls, all of them in the app and all of them immediate:
Reporting hides the puzzle on your device straight away and sends it to me for review — you don't have to wait for anything to come back. Blocking hides everything from that submitter on your device. All three actions are also available as VoiceOver and Voice Control actions, so they aren't gesture-only.
You can also email me at help@ianhandy.com if you'd rather report something that way, or if you've found content that the in-app controls don't cover. Submissions are screened before they reach the community list, and reported puzzles are reviewed and removed when they warrant it.
Email help@ianhandy.com with the puzzle or the rough timeframe you uploaded it, and I'll run a targeted delete against the backend. There's no account system, so I can't look your uploads up by name on my own — the more detail you give me, the more precisely I can remove them.
Free: Today's Puzzle, the first four campaign chapters, the Gallery, and any puzzle opened from a shared link or file. Zen and Challenge each get another free run after 12 hours, or at the next noon or midnight, whichever comes first. The puzzle Creator has one free trial session.
The one-time unlock adds campaign chapters 5–13, all 220 campaign puzzles, infinite Zen, Challenge runs, and the puzzle Creator. It's a single non-consumable purchase, not a subscription.
Open the unlock screen and tap restore purchase. That re-checks your purchase with the App Store. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it on. If it still doesn't restore, email me.
Settings → Reset Progress wipes local progression. This can't be undone.
The daily puzzle is fetched from kroma.ianhandy.com,
so it needs a network connection. If it's failing on a good
connection, email me and say roughly when it happened.
